Students as teachers

Use your older pupils to teach the younger. For instance, ask your bright Yr 11s to prepare a session for revision of, say Sound, at KS3. And then let them do it!

Great for both year groups and relationships in the school.

Similarly get groups to teach sessions in local primaries.

Or even get kids to teach each other within the class.
